Macro describes the M60 Plus as its latest-generation road sweeper, designed for comfort, ease of use, safety and manoeuvrability. Its solid structure and filtered mechanical suction system suit all cleaning conditions, from tree-lined avenues to cement factories and from ports to mines.
The 6.2 m³ hopper and load capacity of about 6 tonnes make it suitable for very heavy materials. The cabin is pressurised and air-conditioned, and insulated from noise, vibration and dust for long shifts.
Macro states that the whole range is certified to EU United PM2.5 and PM10 standards, and it guarantees on-board electronic devices for 5 years.

Dust control
Filtered suction with TETRATEX Extreme filters, which Macro says retain fine dust up to PM1.
Simple to operate
EASY START turns on all machine functions. A job selector changes working parameters. Physical buttons, no touch menus.

Hydropneumatic suspension, four-wheel steering, and brush retraction on impact.

Side and Central Brushes
The side brushes and the central brush sweep the dirt in by mechanical action.
Vertical Conveyor
A vertical conveyor lifts the waste into the hopper. It has reverse rotation and anti-clog crowns.
Suction
Suction captures the dust as soon as it is raised from the ground.
Large surface filter
A 25 m² filter with a hydraulic shaker is used for dust suppression.

Third Front Brush
Extends beyond the machine to widen the cleaning track to 3,700 mm. Controlled by joystick, it also cleans the left side of one-way streets.
High Dump
A pantograph lifts the hopper for fixed containers and compactors. Dump at any height between 1,100 and 2,500 mm.
Side Brush Skirts
Skirts on the side brushes contain the dust for dry work in cement plants, mines, smelters and construction sites.
Water System, 620 L
A stainless steel tank feeds the dust-suppression water system.
High-pressure Hose
A 15 m hose reel with gun, at the rear, for washing walls, pavements and the machine itself.
Debris Suction Hose
A 6 m, 140 mm hose for material in hard-to-reach places. Works dry for dusty material.
Conveyor Lifting
Raises the sweeping system to clear bumps, protect the seals and ease leaf collection.
Sanifog Atomiser
Two swivel turbines spray disinfectant or insecticide on roads and hedges. An ozone generator is optional.
Centralized Greasing
Keeps moving parts greased in dusty, harsh conditions.
Rear Steering Lock
Locks the rear-wheel steering for long transfers. Controlled from the cabin.
External Disc Brakes
Axles with external disc brakes and double gripper, instead of the standard oil-bath multi-disc brakes.
Left-hand Drive
The driver sits on the right as standard. Left-hand drive is available.
